National and International Linkages and Partnerships

PASUC has always been the center of coordination between and among State Universities and Colleges with government and private agencies, both local and international. It represented State Universities and Colleges on various meetings, invitations and working committees.

National Culture and the Arts

The PASUC Culture and the Arts Festival is a periodic activity for the participation and friendly competition of the students among member SUCs. The festival served as venue for students, faculty and staff to showcase their talents and to learn the culture and the arts of various regions.

National SCUAA

As part of its annual activity, 2018 National SCUAA Games was held on February 18-23 which was hosted by the University of Antique. It was participated in by around 7,300 athletes with NCR as overall champion. It was held without any major injury, major issues and concerns involving athletes, faculty and other participants of the activity.

Student and Stakeholders Welfare

During the PASUC 2nd Executive Board Meeting conducted on June 14,2019 held at Century Park Manila, the PASUC Welfate and Benefits Program was approved.

PISI and Innovative Activities

Recognizing the impact of innovation and Industry 4.0 to higher education, PASUC has launched the โ€œPlatform for Innovating SUCS for Industry 4.0โ€ on February 12, 2019 in partnership with USAID-STRIDE, Philippine Development Foundation and Singapore Polytechnic.

As one of the major activities and service thrusts of PASUC to its member SUCs, trainings and seminars provided the participants with new insights and updates on how they can efficiently and effectively perform their respective duties and responsibilities to the ultimate benefits of the students and other stakeholders.

2nd Philippine Taiwan-PH University Presidents Forum

Around 150 officials, principals, and faculty members from 102 institutions attended the Forum, with the Philippines being represented by 74 delegates from 58 institutions with 40 SUC Presidents. The participants discussed and shared their experiences in promoting higher education institutions in the Philippines and Taiwan.
